History of Airsoft

Airsoft was born in 1970s Japan where strict firearm laws drove enthusiasts toward realistic non-lethal replicas. Tokyo Marui revolutionised the sport around 1990 with the first AEG replicas. By the 2000s airsoft had spread globally, and today Bulgaria has a thriving community with arenas like BattleZone Varna — the only indoor 3-level arena in the country.
