Description
The Specna Arms SA-C09 CORE™ Gen.2 is a classic carbine on the M4/AR-15 platform with a long 375 mm inner barrel, suited to medium-range games in woodland and open terrain. The receiver, battery compartment and pistol grip are made of fibreglass-reinforced polymer – lighter than metal bodies and free of play between the upper and lower receiver.
The carbine has a 22 mm RIS top rail and an adjustable stock with a non-slip butt pad. The two-tone Half-Tan finish (black with tan) gives it a modern look. The pre-installed spring gives about 390–400 FPS, and the included M90 spring lowers it to about 310 FPS for CQB.
Inside is the reinforced Æther™ V2 gearbox, ready for springs up to M140, with a TDC Magnus™ hop-up chamber and a Helium™ Flat Hop bucking. The HAL™ ETU uses magnetic sensors and offers active braking, a binary trigger, adjustable sensitivity and pre-cocking and programmable fire modes, and the ESA™ system allows a quick spring change without disassembly.
