Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit battleshop.bg or buy from us, why we do it, and what rights you have.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Battle Shop – the online and physical airsoft store of Battle Zone – Airsoft Arena, Devnya St., Varna, Bulgaria.

2. What data we collect

  • When you order: first and last name, phone, email, delivery address or chosen courier office, the contents of your order and any notes you add.
  • When you register an account: name, email, password (stored only in encrypted form), saved addresses and order history.
  • When you send an enquiry or a review: the data you choose to send us.
  • When you visit the site: IP address and the country derived from it, device and browser type, pages viewed, searches made on the site, the site you came from, and the date and time of the visit.

3. What we use the data for and on what basis

  • Fulfilling your order (contract) – processing, delivery and contacting you about the order.
  • Legal obligations – issuing and keeping accounting documents.
  • Our legitimate interest – visit statistics, site security and improving the store.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

  • Necessary cookies – keep your session, cart, account login and form protection working. The site cannot work without them.
  • Visitor identifier (bz_vid) – a random number valid for 1 year that lets us recognise the same device on later visits, for statistics.
  • Cookie-notice cookies – remember that you have confirmed the notice so it is not shown again.
  • Microsoft Clarity – a Microsoft service that records how the site is used (movement, clicks, pages viewed) so we can improve it. Clarity sets its own cookies.
  • Google Fonts – the site's fonts are loaded from Google servers, so your browser sends them your IP address.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work.

5. Who we share data with

  • Courier companies (Speedy, Econt) – name, phone and delivery address or office.
  • Telegram – our team receives new-order notifications through Telegram; they contain name, phone, email, delivery address and order contents.
  • Microsoft (Clarity) and Google (Fonts) – as described in section 4.
  • Hosting provider – the site and its database are on servers in the European Union.
  • Public authorities – when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep data

  • Visit data – 90 days, after which it is deleted automatically.
  • Orders and accounting documents – for the periods required by law (up to 10 years for accounting documents).
  • Account – while you use it or until you ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise your rights, write to info@battlezone.bg. If you have an account, you can also submit a request from it. We reply within one month.

8. Changes to this policy

If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
