Delivery Terms

1. General Provisions

These delivery terms regulate the methods, timeframes, and rules for shipping orders placed through our online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the described terms.

2. Delivery Methods

We provide deliveries through the following courier services:

  • Econt Courier Service

  • Speedy Courier Service

  • Pickup from location: Varna, Devnya Street, Battle Zone – Airsoft Arena

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.

  • For smaller or remote settlements, the delivery time may be extended up to 5 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or official holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Cost

  • The delivery cost is calculated automatically based on the rates of the selected courier.

  • Delivery to a courier office/locker: according to the current tariff.

  • Delivery to an address: according to the current tariff.

5. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (on business days).
After dispatch, the customer receives an SMS or email with the shipment status and tracking number.

6. Inspection and Testing

Upon delivery, the customer has the right to inspect the package before payment.
In case of damaged packaging or visible defects, a report must be issued in the presence of the courier.

7. Failed Delivery

If the customer cannot be reached at the provided address:

  • The courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

  • After unsuccessful attempts, the shipment is returned to us.

8. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control—bad weather conditions, heavy courier traffic, etc.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
