Description
The CTM0073 is a complete nozzle upgrade and adjustment set for AAP-01/AAP-01C gas systems. The reinforced nozzle is injection-molded from polymer reinforced with fiberglass, providing high impact resistance and improved service life.
The set includes a CNC-machined 6061 aluminum valve with adjustable NPAS functionality. This allows the gas flow and output power to be adjusted according to the specific configuration of the replica.
A dedicated valve spring optimized for Green Gas is included, together with a reinforced Superalloy pin. According to CTM, the reinforced pin has a hardness of approximately 68 HRC, compared with approximately 28–32 HRC for typical original pins.

Construction and Installation
The set replaces the original nozzle and valve assembly of the AAP-01/AAP-01C. The adjustable NPAS valve allows the gas flow to be modified using the adjustment screw.
Care should be taken during installation to ensure correct positioning of the valve and reinforced pin. CTM recommends using the appropriate Alloy Valve Pin Blocker when installing the adjustable valve.
The system is designed for use with Green Gas.
