Description
The Novritsch SSR74 Magazine is the standard magazine for the SSR74 airsoft replica – Novritsch's modern AK platform. It is a mid-cap magazine that holds up to 200 BBs, a good balance between a realistic pace of play and enough ammunition for long pushes. Unlike hi-cap magazines, there is no spring to wind and the BBs do not rattle when you move.
The body is made of strong polymer that resists impacts, drops and low temperatures. The magazine is designed and tested specifically for the SSR74, so it seats tightly in the magazine well, locks securely and gives a steady feed of BBs to the hop-up chamber. Its shape follows the classic AK profile, so it fits most AK magazine pouches.
We recommend having at least three magazines, which gives you around 600 BBs for a game. For fast loading, use a speedloader with a compatible adapter.
Mid-cap magazines are allowed in most airsoft games and scenarios with capacity limits, so you can play with them without worry. Before each game check that the magazine is free of dust and old BBs, and empty it after the game to protect the spring.
