Description
A direct BB hit can crack or scratch the front lens of an optic, and this Vector Optics protector puts a sacrificial, crystal-clear acrylic shield in front of it. It slides onto sights with a 28-30 mm tube diameter with no modification, including the Vector Optics Maverick series, and stays optically clean so it does not spoil the sight picture.
The lens is held in a matte black 6063-T6 aluminium ring and weighs only 4.5 g. Remove the protective film from both sides before use. Treat it as a consumable: replace it after it takes a direct hit, and be aware that full protection cannot be guaranteed at very short range (about 1-5 m, depending on the power of the replica).
